Karthavya is the CSR initiative by KPI Partners India and the program goes digital with HappieeSouls. You can now donate your old unwanted goods in usable condition from the safety of your homes. HappieeSouls provides doorstep pick up of donations to KPI Partners employees, identifies and delivers the goods directly to their NGO partner in need.
Currently, we provide services in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Kolkatta. We are gradually expanding to other cities as well.
You can book the donation pick up order from the website on this link - happieesouls.com/kpi Just add the approx. quantity of goods that you wish to donate and add it your happieebox cart page. Our team will pick up the chosen products right from your doorstep and will help you deliver them to the right NGO in need.
You can donate old goods which are in a good usable condition like toys, books, clothes, furniture, stationery items, kitchen utensils, electronics, etc. You will find list of all the items that are accepted for donation on the link happieesouls.com/kpi You can choose the relevant mode of pick up depending upon the volume and the quantity of the items in your happieebox.
Pls note: We only accept goods in clean and working condition. Items must be completely cleaned out and uninstalled (when applicable) before we are able to pick them up.
You can add the approximate quanity of goods that you are donating. You don't need to be very precise for it, just an idea of the same. For example, 50 pieces of women clothing, 20 pieces of men clothing, 70 pieces of kids clothing or 40 pieces of utensils, 1 Furniture item etc. It helps us in measuring the overall impact on larger scale that you and as a community we create.
No, HappieeSouls does not provide any carton boxes for donation. You can pack the goods in any carton boxes at home or shopping bags or wrap it nicely so that the goods do not come out of the packaging and are easier to carry.
There are 4 modes of transportation -
- 2 Wheeler/ Bike pick up includes a one bag pick up of 40cm x 40 cm x 40 cm and has a max capacity of 10 kgs
- 3 wheeler pick up includes 2-5 bags/cartons, it has no size or capacity limit.
- 4 wheeler tempo pick up includes 5-15 bags/cartons with no size or capacity limit
- As a covid protocol, we recommend our donors to handover goods from the ground floor. Please add Helper in case you need support in loading the goods at your doorstep.
- Bulk pick up includes larger goods, furniture or home appliances. In such cases, our team gets in touch with the donor and request pictures of the donation goods, later identifies the NGO partner in need accordingly and schedules your pick up as per your convenience.
There are no charges to be paid by employees for the donation pick up. Cost will be borne by Karthavya KPI partners.
At Happiee Souls, your safety is our priority. Our team ensures and follows all the necessary protocols concerning safety and hygiene. As a covid protocol, our delivery partner executives picks up donation from the ground floor, so we advise you to bring and keep the donations at the ground floor for a contact less delivery. We work with our NGO partners who also follow covid guidelines to accept donations.
Our team keeps you posted about the status of the products to be delivered in real-time. You get a whatsapp message on where your donations got delivered and you check it under your Happieesouls account dashboard as well in your pick up history. It will help you keep track of the donations you have made along with the information on how you are contributing towards making a difference with your act.
For clothing and smaller items, we do not share any pictures of donation alongwith the kids as it is not a good practice to keep clicking pictures of the children/beneficiries on a daily basis. However, we keep you posted on the NGO partner where your donations reached. In case of furniture, appliances and larger goods, we do share pictures in 10 days post pick up and share how your donations have created impact.
