Summary

Amrit cancer foundation is founded in sweet memory of Late Mrs. Amrit Kaur Sabharwal died due to Breast Cancer in April, 2010. We are regularly organizing Breast & Cervix Cancer Awareness and Detection camps in association with Radiotherapy and Cancer Department (PGI) and Radiology Department of PGI in different corporate offices, banks and Govt. offices till date we have organized more than 23 camps.

In these camps one hour special Audio-Visual presentation is given by Dr.Firuza Patel Professor Radiotherapy Deptt.PGI and on next day free mammography, calposcopy, Bone density tests ultrasound tests done on fully equipped fabricated vehicle of Radiology deptt. PGI on the site.Now we are also doing door to door surveys for Breast Cancer started from sector-15 Chandigarh and prviding free mammography tests of ten ladies four days in a week at Radiology deptt. PGI Chandigarh from the last six months.We are having a dedicated team of oncologists, radiotherapists and surgeons to give accurate diagnose and treatment to patients. We are providing free consultation to patients.
