A woman is reborn as a mother by giving birth to her child.

Along with her child, she too begins her new journey-loving, caring, teaching and supporting her child in every step of life. She struggles throughout and leads her child to its final destination.

In the very busy schedule of life one does not find time to tend to the elderly at home. The mother who stood for her child throughout her life stands alone in her journey now….. Negligence and ignorance will be the reward what she gets...

Understanding the plight of our elderly women/ mothers, ‘Ashraya’ has been established to provide them a “home” away from their houses. ‘Ashraya’ was founded by Mrs Rani K T who runs ‘Ashraya Seva Trust’ with the noble intention of serving he destitute, widows, divorcees and the aged women.

Our Ashram was registered with the Gov. of Karnataka (Reg no: 16/05-06) in the year 2005 and is located in Rajajinagar. From then till date, the ashram is striving hard to provide for more destitute elders and to assure them a better life. . Show More
