Ms. Deepti Srivastava

’m excited to share that I’ve joined Observable, a fast growing startup, as Head of Product! I’m thrilled to work with Mike and Melody, and an amazingly talented and fun team!

What made me excited about Observable was a truly accessible platform to visualize, analyse, and share data i.e. information. It’s a platform that democratizes data-focused decision making, which has become even more poignant in current times. We want to build a product suite that helps anyone who wants to explore and visualize data.

On a personal note, I’ve always believed strongly in building a positive and supportive work culture and that’s exactly what we are doing at Observable, as a people-first company.

Summary

Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion (“SANKALP”) is a programme of the Ministry of Skill Development with loan assistance from the World Bank. It aims to improve short term skill training qualitatively and quantitatively through strengthening institutions, bring in better market connectivity and inclusion of marginalised sections of the society. SANKALP was launched on 19th January 2018 and has a tenure till March 2023.

The outcomes in the project are measured through the Results Framework, and Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) agreed between MSDE and World Bank.
