About The Founder

Ramesh Balasundaram

A senior professional & organizational catalyst with a passion for driving innovation in diverse sectors including but not limited to corporates, the citizen sector and the government.

He is the Co-founder and Director of Bal Utsav & FacilitatorGuide – a multi-line management and learning and development consulting firm headquartered in India. FacilitatorGuide has an established track record in development, delivery and consulting across various sectors.

He is also a former consultant to the Karnataka Knowledge Commission (Government of Karnataka) – a high powered commission constituted under the chairmanship of renowned space scientist Dr K. Kasturirangan. The Commission works with and for the Government in policy making and implementation.
